Permission Granted

I'm taking out the context
She has been addressing me the same way
Unfaithfulness at best
She undresses me and keeps her mind at play

And, while the cries are loud
I feel sheltered down
I am naked underneath
These sheets

Universally, I'm the right type to quench the fire
It's the intention of "fresh from the vine"
Put your hours to hours and teach a boy or two
What sort of depressingly morbid thoughts course throughout your head
Assure them that it's them who are burning, instead

All triers are surely allowed
The youth eats it to be proud
Their cries get so loud
So we allow it to get loud
Permission aroused

Wearied.

Today, I must say... is the first time in a long time that I actually am totally fatigued. Three hours of unconsciousness, then ten long hours of stacking newspaper bundles. This, I never want to encounter again. I should probably be napping now. But, I'm awaiting some eats to slide into my belly.

Today, I found out how quickly a peanut butter and jelly sandwich gets burned up. I had half of it during my first break, then the second half during lunch. An hour after work gets back underway, my stomach is growling. And, I am weary. So weary, in fact, that I actually considered leaving sick.

But, somehow, I stuck it out til the end. And, now I will pat myself on the back. "Good job, Brutus," I say to myself. Yeah, you heard me.

Straight from work, my chicken truck ended up at a Wawa. They have the BEST wrap there. The Chipotle Roast Beef wrap. There is none better, kids.

His... Tuesday evening...

Another Tuesday evening down the lanes and into the pins. Probably the most awesome and perfect strike he'd ever witnessed. He and his team had to win two of the three games they would play. In game one... the beginning was slow as usual, and the opponent was stirring up a storm. But! Alas! Something had stirred in him and his orchestra.

Strike... after strike... after strike... spare.. strike... and so on. He ended his game with a pretty outstanding 204. Though, not his highest... still satisfied with his effort. And, also astounded by his brother bowling a bit better that first game. His brother's score was a 234. Not to mention that this team of four had gotten their highest game score of the year with a 814(including handicap of 61-you do the math).

Game two... seemed to be a bit more of a struggle for him... but ended it with another above 200 game... with a 210. Though, what made game two special was that a player from the opposing team had signed to his teammate, "we'll win for sure." Oh yeah? The game is over already, is it? In the seventh frame? Hmm... well... all right. So, his team had won once again. In your face...opposing team... yeah.

With game number three... his team, obviously, were rolling on a mound of confidence. Mid-game, they were up by a pretty high margin. By the end, the other team had come back in a big way, due to his team's lack of production. The game then ended... and they had lost... by one single pin. Almost a sweep! Sigh. Couldn't complain, though... they were in eighth place... and they had beaten a fourth place team. The "opposers"... also, weren't happy. They'll get over it.

Anyway.

His third game was a 174. So, he was overall satisfied with his Tuesday evening effort. All scores above his 172 average.

p.s. Victory was, in fact, handed to us for, possibly, one reason. And, that was that he had had a lucky charm in his pocket. Given to him by his hug pal. ;)

And, really bad eggs.

I'm on tour with a troublesome feeling. Where I suppose I can brave it out and reap some self-consequence. Sparring with my own volition, I hope for the unfavorable among those who I regard highly with elevated iteration. I have with Marie's surname, a slightly heightened affection. Debating with oneself with questions of partiality regarding another strong interest. Am I inclined to another because the another is on hand and my strong interest is distant? With a third, I grow curiously close with in touch. Though, not only in physical attraction do we find company. In conversation, we are palsy-walsy. And, lastly- Bound with a penitence towards one whom I've been promiscuous with on more than one occasion.

This is my silence this evening.

A Heart Just Skipped A Beat

A Heart Just Skipped A Beat

Oh, this calls for a drink
This calls for a while
They heard an "urgent news"
While lying on the bench outside
Am I mistaken, child?

I could be caught inside the undertow
Where the fires burn that only sonnets know
Where dreamers dream in whispered calls
And write their lives in bathroom stalls
Oh, Sunday knows.

Oh, this is where a troubled head finds rest, in bed
Of course she'll believe a heartbeat if it skipped the truth, and then
There's that subtle time
It's bound to be a while

Oh, and since I've told her why I feel like I do
It's known, the critical part of the show must go on
I must realize why
It's not up to me
And, definitely not up to you

Oh, telling of all the ways
I couldn't know how you feel
The longest time I've been knee deep
Is when yours was the heart that skipped a beat
Oh, Sunday.

But, this time it seems
Pulled out of heartache
And, the dreams now seem real to me
Only this time it feels
It actually feels.

p.s. Yeah, I know it's older... but, I still like it.

Homosexuals: Bible Banned in Colorado

These verses from the Bible are now considered hate speech in Colorado per recent law passed.

ANTI-HOMOSEXUAL PASSAGES IN THE BIBLE

Leviticus 18:22: "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination."

Leviticus 20:13: "If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltiness is upon them."

Romans 1:18-32: "For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. . .For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God, or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools. . .

"Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, that their bodies might be dishonored among them. For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. . .

"For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire towards one another, men with men committed indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.

"God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper, being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, malice; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice. . .without understanding. . . and, although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them."

I Corinthians 6:9: "Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived, neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God."

Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter signed into law SB 200. Section 8 of that erases the First Amendment. Read this:

Section 8. 24-34-701. Publishing of discriminative matter forbidden. No person, being the owner, lessee, proprietor, manager, superintendent, agent, or employee of any place of public accommodation ... shall publish, issue, circulate, send, distribute, give away, or display in any way, manner, or shape or by any means or method, except as provided in this section, any communication, paper, poster, folder, manuscript, book, pamphlet, writing, print, letter, notice, or advertisement of any kind, nature, or description that is intended or calculated to discriminate or actually discriminates against ... SEXUAL ORIENTATION, marital status ... in the matter of furnishing or neglecting or refusing to furnish to them or any one of them any lodging, housing, schooling, or tuition or any accommodation, right [marriage], privilege [adoption], advantage, or convenience ... on account of ... SEXUAL ORIENTATION, marital status ... [which] is unwelcome or objectionable or not acceptable, desired, or solicited.

Freedom of speech is going and gone in the Republic. What will Christians do about this? They had better march on Washington and state power clicks in order to stop America from becoming a Communist outfit. We had thought our democracy would last forever. Not so if the liberals get their way from shore to shore.

This book, "The Criminalization of Christianity," for instance is banned in Colorado for it speaks to this issue. Janet Forger is its author. She's going to fly into Denver to distribute her book, waiting to be arrested - up to a year in jail cell. She's baiting the anti-freedom dictators. What will be the outcome?

Change...

Well, there it is. Now we're going to have "change." Do I mean the jingle in your pockets? No. We've got Osamabama for Prezzy. Let us all pitch in and buy a private island in the middle of an ocean that is completely by its lonesome. The island, by its lonesome. Not the ocean. Because, that doesn't make sense.

My gram asked me yesterday, after voting, who my brother and I voted for... we both voted McCain... she voted Obama. I told her that we voted McCain... and she told me, "Man, I haven't raised you kids right." Is this the "change" that Obama is speaking of? Love how this country is going to the dumps and making headway to Hell. We're doing 66 on Route 6.

I've got a pocket full of...

lint.
Anyway. Tomorrow is the big day, Election Day, big day. Seriously. Those who are reading this... I encourage you to take the time now to pray about this election... it's a very very important election. (Not saying that the elections past weren't important... just saying that this one is big for our generation. Mid-80's babies).

Revelation 13 (King James Version)

Revelation 13

1And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

2And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

3And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

4And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

5And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

6And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

7And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

8And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

9If any man have an ear, let him hear.

10He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

11And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

12And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

13And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

14And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

15And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

16And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
